Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use veyrastory.com ("VEYRA", "we", "us"). VEYRA is a brand of EAGD Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202100843M), 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Centre, Singapore 068914. By creating an account or paying for anything on VEYRA, you agree to these terms.
1. What VEYRA is
VEYRA is an online, guided brand strategy service. You answer questions, and VEYRA creates a brand strategy, a summary report and a one-month editorial planner, using AI and a method built by a brand strategist. The Strategist-reviewed package includes a review of your final summary and planner by a human strategist. After your strategy, you can add a monthly editorial calendar subscription and book a Strategy Intensive, a private 1:1 session.
2. Your account
You need an account to use VEYRA. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
- Self-guided: $197, one-time
- Strategist-reviewed: $497, one-time
- Upgrade from Self-guided to Strategist-reviewed: $300, one-time
- Monthly editorial calendar: $29 per month or $279 per year, renews automatically until you cancel
- Strategy Intensive: $750, one-time
For packages, upgrades and the calendar subscription, payment is processed by Stripe and its service Link, which act as the reseller and seller of record for that purchase. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* VEYRASTORY.C, and their terms also apply to the payment. The Strategy Intensive is paid to EAGD Pte. Ltd. through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices may change, but never for something you have already paid for, and never for a running subscription period.
4. When the service starts
Your strategy starts as soon as you begin. At checkout you agree that the service starts immediately and that you lose your right to withdraw once it has started. Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Access
Self-guided and Strategist-reviewed packages include 12 months of access to your strategy, starting on the day you pay. Download your summary report and planner to keep them after that.
6. Strategist review
For Strategist-reviewed packages, your final summary and planner are reviewed and released within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, Bangkok time) after you finish your final step.
7. Monthly editorial calendar
The calendar subscription opens once your strategy is complete. Each period, you receive a new editorial calendar based on your strategy. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year. You can cancel anytime in your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Paid periods are not refunded, in full or in part. You can switch between monthly and yearly in your account.
8. Strategy Intensive
The Strategy Intensive is available once your strategy is complete. After payment, you book your call through our booking page, ideally within 60 days. It includes:
- a review of your VEYRA strategy before the call
- a private 60-minute 1:1 call on Google Meet
- a written 90-day action plan within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, Bangkok time) after the call
- the recording of the call
- one follow-up question by email within 14 days after the call
You can reschedule for free up to 48 hours before the call. If you join late, the call still ends at its scheduled time. If we have to cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund. The call is recorded so we can share the recording with you and write your action plan. By booking, you agree to the recording.
9. AI-generated content
Your strategy is created with the help of AI, based on your answers and on information that is publicly available about your brand. We work hard to keep it accurate, and we only state dates and facts we have checked, but AI can make mistakes. Please check facts, dates, names and claims before you publish anything. You decide what you publish, and you are responsible for it.
10. No guaranteed results
VEYRA gives you a strategy and a plan. We cannot guarantee specific results, such as followers, sales or bookings.
11. Who owns what
You own the strategy, summary, planner, calendars and action plan created for you, and you can use them freely for your brand. VEYRA keeps all rights to the website, the method, the design and the software. We will not publish your strategy or name your brand without your permission.
12. Fair use
Do not misuse VEYRA: no attempts to break or copy the service, no reselling access, and no content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights.
13. Our liability
VEYRA is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
14. Ending your account
You can close your account anytime by emailing us. Closing your account also cancels any running subscription at the end of its paid period. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you by email before it applies.
16. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
